Our vision for education comes from the' "Great Commission: from Matthew 28: "Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded them. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."
During the summer months, we have Children's Church during the worship time at 9:30 and Sunday School at 10:45 following worship.
During the winter, we have Sunday school for all ages from 10:15 to 11 a.m., between the two worship services. The nursery is available all Sunday morning. Nursery through fifth grade meets in Building D. Junior high youth meet in Room 15. High school and college meet in Room 14.
From September to April Wednesday evenings are "family night," with dinner at 5:30 and classes for all ages beginning at 6:15. Nursery is available from 5:15 to 7:30.
Senior high youth group meets Wednesday evenings at 6:15 in Room 14. Junior high youth group meets at 6:15 p.m. Wednesdays in Room 15 except in the summer.
Two adult studies are offered during the Sunday school time:
Richard Taylor and Gary Butler are teaching "Going Deeper", a class based on Pastor Ben's scripture text for that week.
Bill Heinle teaches "Church History" in room 10.
All Sunday School classes are taking a break in July and will resume in August.
Summer Bible Study meets Wednesday night at 6:30 in Room 17. The topic is Perseverance.
